Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• 2 years related experience for Bachelor or Master’s degree graduates; supervisory experience.
• Experience with victims or survivors of human trafficking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and documentation across regions with peers.
• Facilitate regional community meetings and draft MOUs/protocols.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff to meet QA standards and create service plans.
• Make critical safety decisions in consultation with Program Director.
• Attend community meetings and engage with partner agencies to avoid duplication of services.
