Job summary

BCFS Health & Human Services seeks a Program Supervisor to ensure quality services in crisis situations while maintaining compliance with state and federal standards. You will supervise Care Coordinators and Educator, support intake and outreach, and help develop service plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a social science field and 3 years of related experience, with preferred supervisory background. Travel may be required as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science field as listed.
• 3 years direct service experience required.
• Preferred 2 years supervisory experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision over the Care Coordinators and Educator.
• Assist with intake, enrollment, outreach, and recruitment efforts.
• Provide training and technical support to Care Coordinators and Educator.
• Make recommendations for disciplinary action to the Director.
• Maintain records and reporting for compliance.
