Job summary

The candidate should be capable of traveling and coordinating with multiple regions to ensure quality care. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, community engagement, and ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• Two years related experience and/or training for Bachelor and Master’s degree graduates, including work with children/young adults with complex trauma and supervisory experience.
• Preferred experience with victims/survivors of human trafficking and knowledge of DFPS and law enforcement designations, definitions, acronyms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across regions to coordinate referrals and documentation for the assigned service population.
• Facilitate regional community meetings, draft county Care Coordination MOUs and protocols, and provide trainings to partner agencies.
• As a CSE-IT Super Trainer, support Program Director in conducting CSE-IT training sessions for staff and external partners.
