Job summary

BCFS is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee Care Coordinators and Educator, ensuring quality services and compliance with state and federal standards. You will supervise staff, assist with intake, enrollment, outreach, and recruitment, and provide training and support to frontline staff while promoting a client-centered approach in crisis situations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a social science field, at least 3 years of direct service experience, and preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, public administration, education, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of direct service experience required.
• Preferred 2 years of supervisory experience in a social science, business or education related field.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision over Care Coordinators and Educator.
• Assist with intake, enrollment, outreach, and recruitment.
• Provide training and technical support to Care Coordinators and Educator.
• Maintain records and reporting in compliance with standards.
• Develop and ensure delivery of service plans with the team.
• Monitor staff productivity and conduct case audits.
• Document visits and outcomes in Salesforce within two business days.
• Travel as needed.
