Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services seeks a remote field supervisor to coordinate casework for clients with complex trauma histories. You will oversee teams, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate with law enforcement, medical, and advocacy partners across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 2 years of related experience, and supervisory skills. English proficiency is essential; Spanish bilingualism is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or related field.
• 2 years related experience and/or training with children/young adults with complex trauma histories; supervisory experience.
• Preferred – experience with victims/survivors of human trafficking; knowledge of DFPS and law enforcement designations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers across regions to coordinate referrals and documentation for the assigned population.
• Facilitate regional community meetings and draft MOUs and protocols; provide trainings to partner agencies.
• Supervise, train, and guide staff to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to intake procedures.
