Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field of study.
• 2–3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, or youth homelessness/addiction.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive case management and advocacy services.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Accept crisis calls and support families in crisis; conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
