Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field of study.
• Personal or professional experience with victims of human trafficking, victims of child abuse and neglect, or youth experiencing homelessness and/or addiction.
• 2-3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, quality case management and advocacy services.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines applicable to the position.
• Engage children and caregivers in the casework process and coordinate referrals and documentation.
• Respond to crises, dispatch to locations as needed, and ensure timely follow-ups with families.
