Job summary

The Hope Source is seeking a Behavior Analyst to oversee client treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians within a trauma-responsive framework. You will collaborate across an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions in a comprehensive care setting.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA and a master’s degree, with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. The role offers flexible PTO, holidays, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification required by BACB.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians.
• Lead a team of clients and RBTs, developing plans and delivering interventions.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, counselors, teachers and other specialists.
