Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a TPA Casualty Transportation Adjuster - Bilingual to join our remote team in the United States. This full-time role handles investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of transportation liability claims, including BI and CGL, with emphasis on bilingual Spanish communication and strong claims systems proficiency.

Reporting to Matthew Stringham, the position offers a compensation range of $75,000 to $88,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish with fluent speaking and reading.
• Active adjuster license or ability to obtain as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to high complexity BI, CGL and CL claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve transportation-related claims.
• Coordinate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers and others.
• Perform independent coverage analyses and claim strategy decisions.
• May manage files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
