Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to apply data-driven CI, engineering, and automation to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost across operations.

You will leverage Power BI, Excel, and lean tools, interfacing with all levels of the organization to drive value for customers. The role requires transportation experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to coach teams in lean methods.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or related field with 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain.
• Transportation experience is required (Transportation Management, Dedicated, FTL, LTL).
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Access is a plus.
• Data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach CI/Lean principles and lead Kaizen events.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement plans and automation opportunities.
• Provide regular data reports to measure progress against site objectives.
