Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Engineer to advance continuous improvement across operations using data analytics and lean tools. You will identify gaps, drive change, and deliver value through safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

You will collaborate with leadership and operations to implement CI projects, support go-live certifications, and coach teams in process optimization and KPIs. Occasional travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in transportation or supply chain
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Visio and data visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply CI methods to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop and manage transformation plans; drive go-live and steady-state certifications.
• Coach and lead cross-functional CI projects across operations.
