Job summary

You will analyze data, identify gaps, and lead improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost, interfacing with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes transportation modeling, Power BI dashboard maintenance, and Excel proficiency, with preference for Appian Direct Route experience.

Qualifications

• Transportation experience and knowledge (transportation modeling, route optimization, hours of service).
• Analytic mindset and experience maintaining Power BI dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Appian Direct Route or other transportation modeling software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes.
• Develop and manage CI plan to drive value for customers; transformation plan development and execution.
• Drive process improvement activities to achieve tangible improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Coach employees in CI and Lean principles; apply Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S.
• Provide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against site objectives.
