Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in transportation or supply chain.
• Strong experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL/ DAX.
• Lean and CI methods with ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement plans and Kaizen events.
• Coach teams in Lean methods and Value Stream Mapping.
• Provide regular progress reports to measure site objectives and drive improvements.
• Support go-live and steady-state certifications and automation projects.
