Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Transportation experience in TMS/Logistics is necessary.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is required.
• Experience with data visualization tools and SQL/ DAX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply CI and Lean methods to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead or participate in CI projects and support go-live and steady-state certifications.
• Coach teams on lean principles and value stream mapping.
• Provide regular data reports and progress against site objectives.
