Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in Transportation or Supply Chain industry.
• Transportation experience including TMS (M/T LTL) is required.
• MS Office with emphasis on Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is essential.
• Data visualization with Power BI/Tableau and SQL/DAX is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and manage continuous improvement plans; drive value for customers.
• Lead or participate in CI projects and go-live certifications; support automation.
• Coach teams in lean principles; facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events.
• Provide data-driven reports to measure progress against site objectives.
