Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Transmission Line Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team in a role with flexible work arrangements, including remote work or from offices across the South-Central region. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission projects and guide multi-disciplinary teams.

You will coordinate with clients to develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute transmission projects up to 765 kV.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients on status, meetings, and deliverables.
• Mentor staff and ensure QA/QC across project work.
• Support PMs with scope changes and forecasting.
• Travel to client sites and vendor facilities as needed.
