Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery Team. This role offers flexible work arrangements, with remote or office options across the Southeast, including Orlando, FL.

You will provide technical leadership for planning, design, and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission lines up to 765kV, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and guiding staff through project execution and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 7–10 years in transmission project design/management.
• PE licensure.
• Knowledge of NESC, RUS, and GO-95.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Develop and execute project layouts and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and safety standards.
• Mentor and lead project teams.
