The role requires PE licensure, 5–7 years in transmission design/management and strong PLS-CADD skills, with collaboration across multi‑disciplinary teams and effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 5-7 years’ experience in the transmission field of designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
• Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.
• Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain project schedules and lead team meetings.
• Coordinate with clients on status and deliverables.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and safety standards.
• Mentor staff and support project development and proposals.
