Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager for Lease Administration to oversee client implementations, data migration, abstraction, validation and reporting during onboarding. The role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining robust client governance across a global team.

The successful candidate will drive quality control, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with Lease Administration specialists to ensure accurate lease input and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with major CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).
• Strong time management and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently across client accounts.
• Oversee data migration, abstraction, validation and reporting during onboarding.
• Develop and maintain project governance, timelines and RACI charts.
• Lead and mentor transition resources across global teams.
• Prepare client communications, status reports and pricing elements.
