Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to oversee client implementations, vendor relationships, and the end-to-end transition lifecycle for lease administration services. You will manage discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, and stabilization, then handover to the Lease Administration team.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant CRE lease administration or related experience.
• Experience with CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Visual Lease.
• Proven track record managing global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of FASB/IFRS accounting principles.
• Able to work independently, preferably remotely, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Oversee lease abstraction and data migration tasks.
• Provide QC on lease input and reporting in the central database.
• Lead client governance programs and regular status reviews.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain transition playbooks and templates.
• Monitor billing processes and track accounts receivable.
