Job summary

Colliers seeks a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships and centralize schedules, reports and communication plans. You will drive the entire transition lifecycle from discovery to stabilization, coordinating global teams and ensuring timely, accurate lease data input and reporting.

You will mentor junior staff, interpret complex lease language, oversee abstraction quality, and maintain robust processes and playbooks to meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting.
• Experience with multiple CRE database applications (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Track scope, schedule and budget for transitions.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data migration and quality control.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior transition resources.
• Develop and maintain client governance programs and reporting cadence.
• Lead program initiatives and client communications.
• Review and validate billing, reconciliation and operating charge calculations.
