Colliers is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration, to lead client implementations, manage vendor relationships, and orchestrate transition lifecycles from discovery to stabilization. You will create schedules, reports, and communication plans while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality lease data.

The role requires extensive CRE lease administration experience, strong project management, and the ability to work remotely across multiple locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the commercial real estate lease administration industry and/or accounting and property management.
• Experience with multiple commercial real estate database applications such as CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Viisual Lease, or other portfolio management database systems.
• Ability to work remotely and manage timelines.
• Strong time management and independent work capabilities.

Mansioni

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Track and manage project team’s accountability to scope, schedule, and budget for transitions.
• Provide quality control within the database during onboarding.
• Create, edit, and run reports in Lease Administration databases.
• Mentor and train junior transition resources.
• Interpret complex commercial lease language and attend to details.
• Oversee lease abstraction, translation and quality control for transition projects.
• Prepare and lead communications with clients.
