Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Transition Manager, Lease Administration to lead complex lease transition programs for clients. You will manage discovery, data extraction, migration, validation, and handover to Lease Administration teams, while maintaining timelines, budgets, and client governance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in CRE lease administration or related fields, expertise in leading cross-border teams, and proficiency with CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, real estate or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Proficiency with major lease management databases (CoStar, Yardi, ProLease, Apex, Viisual Lease).
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management and independent working skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transition projects concurrently.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and client governance during transitions.
• Lead and mentor junior transition resources and ensure data accuracy during onboarding.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates, data migration, and QA processes for lease data.
