Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience developing artifacts such as business process maps, gap analyses, and testing/training deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions and working with stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and workshops.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, and business requirements.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Specialists to provide analysis and project support.
• Support test planning, execution, and training delivery for solution adoption.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes and drivers.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
