Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Transformational Analyst for its Business Transformation Team. This remote-friendly role partners with business and technology leaders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and value.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in business analysis and change management, with strong communication and analytical skills. Hybrid work options and travel up to 25% are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and define requirements for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Transformation Specialists by providing analysis, documentation, and project support as needed.
• Support test planning, test execution, training development, and training delivery to ensure solution adoption.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and drivers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for meetings, workshops, training, and activities.
