Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Transformational Analyst for our Business Transformation Team. This role can be remote for the ideal candidate, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes and define requirements.

You will develop process maps, artifacts, support testing and training, and drive opportunities for efficiency across departments. Travel up to 25% and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience developing artifacts such as business process maps, gap analysis documentation, business change technical requirements, testing & training deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Consistent focus on change-management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to forge relationships, inspire and motivate others, and drive a culture of accountability.
• Ability to manage medium-large sized project efforts effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Transformation Specialists by providing analysis, documentation, and project support as needed.
• Support test planning, test execution, training development, and training delivery to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand business processes, operational needs, and key business drivers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support meetings, workshops, training, and project-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
