Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience leading and managing programs.
• Experience delivering business process maps, gap analyses, and testing artifacts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, and requirements.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Specialists for analysis and support.
• Support test planning, execution, training development, and adoption.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand processes and drivers.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% for meetings and workshops.
