The candidate will partner with stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and business value. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience developing artifacts such as business process maps, gap analysis, and testing & training deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Consistent focus on change-management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of business problems and identifying solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Transformation Specialists by providing analysis, documentation, and project support as needed.
• Support test planning, test execution, training development, and training delivery to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand business processes, operational needs, and key business drivers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support meetings, workshops, training, and project-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
