Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Transformational Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team. The role can be remote for the ideal candidate and involves partnering with business and technology teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives that boost efficiency and value.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, preparing artifacts, facilitating sessions, and driving change across departments. Travel up to 25% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience creating business process maps, gap analyses and testing artifacts.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience facilitating group sessions and change management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, and business requirements.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Specialists for analysis and documentation.
• Support test planning, testing, training development, and deployment activities.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes and drivers.
• Collaborate to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% to support meetings and workshops.
