Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is seeking a Transformational Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team. This role can be remote for the ideal candidate and involves partnering with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and value.

The analyst will develop process maps, perform gap analyses, and contribute to change-management activities, with travel up to 25% for workshops and trainings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience producing artifacts like business process maps, gap analyses, and testing & training deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic mindset, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Specialists providing analysis, documentation, and project support.
• Support test planning, testing, and training delivery for solution adoption.
