Job summary

This role, remote-friendly, partners with business and technology stakeholders across departments to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience leading programs.
• Artifacts: process maps, gap analyses, business and testing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Experience facilitating group sessions and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Specialists providing analysis and documentation support.
• Support test planning, execution, training development, and deployment to ensure adoption.
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes and drivers.
• Collaborate to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvements.
