You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and support strategic initiatives that boost operational efficiency and business value. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience including leading and managing programs.
• Experience developing artifacts such as business process maps, gap analysis, requirements, testing and training deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, testing artifacts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Partner with Transformation Architects and Transformation Specialists by providing analysis, documentation, and project support as needed.
• Support test planning, test execution, training development, and training delivery to ensure successful solution adoption.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and drivers.
• Collaborate to identify, evaluate, and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% as needed for meetings, workshops, and training.
