LoanCare is seeking a Transfer Support Administrator II to support loan boarding/de-boarding and related inquiries. You will collaborate with teams, research issues, and ensure data accuracy while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent client relations skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining department standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, managers, and customers to attain common goals.
• Ability to communicate professionally in writing, in person, and virtually with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Supports loan boarding and de-boarding processes within Transfer Services.
• Research inbound/outbound post transfer issues/inquiries from internal and external parties; respond timely and accurately.
• Respond to Client Relations tickets, researching inquiries and making data corrections as needed.
• Manage MSP Tasks assigned to Transfer Services.
• Support ordering, mailing and QA reviews of RESPA or Transfer related letters.
• Inventory imaged client loan files upon receipt for manual loan boarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
