Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist II to support the Loan Operations team with complex administrative tasks, accurate loan boarding, and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and advanced knowledge of loan documentation and servicing processes; prior experience in loan operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a Loan Operations environment.
• Detailed knowledge of Retail and Commercial loan documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Participation in required compliance training including BSA/AML.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative tasks in support of the Loan Operations team.
• Interpret and input loan boarding information according to guidelines.
• Review loan documents to ensure lien perfection and compliance.
• Process loan boarding requests and conduct QA reviews.
• Assist Account Officers with loan booking and maintenance inquiries.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to internal and external requests.
• Meet production and quality metrics and adhere to policies.
