LoanCare seeks a Transaction Management Supervisor to lead a team handling servicing transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will coach staff, manage a busy pipeline, and report on performance while collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates bring mortgage servicing/loan transfer experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage servicing/loan transfer experience.
• 2+ years supervisory and 2+ years project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; client relations and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and problem solving.
• Ability to coach/train and mentor staff; professional written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, mentor and develop team handling inbound/outbound servicing transfers.
• Manage transfer pipeline and assign work; measure performance and output.
• Ensure procedures, timelines, SLA targets and quality standards are met.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal stakeholders; escalate issues as needed.
• Develop reports on transfer status and process improvements; maintain policies.
