Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in pre-foreclosure or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of state pre-foreclosure document requirements and mortgage guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately and timely.
• Assign correct foreclosure attorney using the referral matrix.
• Review DLQ 60 Report to qualify loans for foreclosure.
• Manage daily executive dashboard metrics.
• Coordinate with offshore team for initial review of foreclosure referrals.
• Identify loans with incorrect stops and coordinate updates.
• Ensure SCRA reviews are complete and included.
• Verify all required foreclosure documents are in the package.
