Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB/PSHB programs. You will work with instructional design, knowledge management, and operations to create engaging curricula, scenarios, and assessments that mirror real production systems.

You will facilitate virtual new-hire training, monitor learner progress, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure accurate, consistent, and professional support while safeguarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service environment
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline
• Experience delivering training to remote or geographically dispersed learners
• Experience handling PII, PHI, or other sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning techniques
• Develop training scenarios and update environment data resources to reflect production tools
• Collaborate with SMEs to perform needs analysis and design deliverables meeting quality standards
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner competencies and program effectiveness
• Deliver instructor-led remote training and coach learners for remediation
• Maintain and update training resources to align with operational excellence
