Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to support the U.S. Office of Personnel Management by developing and delivering training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB and PSHB enrollees.

You will collaborate with Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Operations, Quality, and program stakeholders to create curriculum, exercises, assessments, and job aids. The role includes facilitating remote new-hire training and coaching learners to ensure accurate, compliant customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience.
Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or government program.
Proficiency with LMS and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline).
Ability to develop curricula, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
Experience delivering remote or virtual training to dispersed learners.
Knowledge of handling PII/PHI and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Create and develop training curriculum and materials based on adult learning principles.
Develop scenarios and update training environments to reflect production tools.
Collaborate with SMEs to design objectives and deliverables meeting standards.
Develop qualitative and quantitative assessments to measure effectiveness.
Facilitate instructor-led virtual training and coach learners.
Review and update curriculums and align with policies.
Support organizational projects and communicate complex issues as needed.
