Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB/PSHB programs. You will develop curricula, create scenarios, and run virtual new-hire sessions with a focus on accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

Colleagues across Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Operations, and program stakeholders collaborate to ensure engaging, effective learning. Remote work is offered nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools (Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline).
• Experience delivering training to remote or geographically dispersed learners.
• Experience handling PII/PHI or other sensitive information.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials based on adult learning techniques.
• Develop training scenarios and update training environment data to mirror production systems.
• Collaborate with partners and SMEs to perform needs analysis and design deliverables.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learner outcomes.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual training and guide learners through program requirements.
• Create and update assessments, tie results back to curriculum improvements.
• Review and modify curricula; recommend policy or procedure changes as needed.
• Maintain and update training resources to align with operational excellence.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and information is protected.
