Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB/PSHB programs. You will collaborate with Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Operations, and program stakeholders to create engaging training materials, exercises, and assessments.

You will monitor learner progress, provide coaching, administer assessments, and ensure training aligns with privacy standards while supporting federal program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experience facilitating systems, processes, policies, and customer service training.
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials based on adult learning principles.
• Develop training scenarios and update training environment data resources to mirror production tools.
• Collaborate with partners and SMEs to perform needs analysis and design deliverables meeting quality standards.
• Develop qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to measure learner performance and outcomes.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual training and coach learners to achieve competency.
