Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for Customer Service Representatives supporting FEHB and PSHB programs. The role is fully remote for U.S. candidates and requires federal background clearance.

You will collaborate across Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Operations, and program stakeholders to create curricula, scenarios, assessments, and job aids, ensuring accurate, secure, and high-quality learning resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience delivering new-hire training in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Experience developing simulations, scenarios, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Experience coaching learners and supporting remediation or skill development.
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise 360 or Storyline and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning techniques.
• Develop training scenarios and update resources reflecting production tools.
• Collaborate with partners to perform needs analyses and design deliverables.
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner competencies and quality standards.
• Teach programs and organize materials for presentation.
• Develop and update curriculum; integrate results into ongoing courses.
• Review curriculums and recommend policy/procedure changes.
• Ensure training resources align with operational excellence and safety.
