Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role emphasizes delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams, with flexibility to adapt to different operational needs and remote work.

You will ensure agents are prepared to handle calls and provide exceptional customer support. This position includes training diverse audiences, administering post-training evaluations, maintaining records, and reporting on training activities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training in contact center environments.
• Ability to adapt training to diverse audiences and bilingual participants.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training to staff at varied levels.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
• Assess program effectiveness and provide feedback for improvements.
• Facilitate feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to gauge learner outcomes.
• Ensure training materials and curricula meet program guidelines and internal standards.
