Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. The role focuses on delivering virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams and shaping content for diverse audiences while adapting to evolving operational needs.

You will train new hires, administer exams and surveys, track outcomes, and provide ongoing support to agents. This is a fully remote, temporary assignment requiring federal background clearance and home-office readiness.

Qualifications

Experience delivering virtual training sessions, including live cohorts.
Ability to adapt training to diverse audiences and levels of experience.
Experience in training call center staff and administering exams/surveys.
Must pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

Deliver training to varied audiences within a contact center.
Coordinate logistics for instruction events and prepare workstations.
Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
Administer post-training exams and surveys.
Provide production floor support and answer questions.
Adapt instruction to meet diverse learner needs (including bilingual participants).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with goals.
Attend Train the Trainer sessions and ensure program standards.
