Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams and be comfortable adapting to different operational needs.

This temporary, fully remote role requires the ability to pass a federal background check and to coordinate training logistics, exams, and surveys for staff at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions, preferably using Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to adapt training content to different operational needs and audiences.
• Willingness to coordinate training logistics and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to varied audiences across contact centers.
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and preparing materials.
• Administer post-training exams and surveys and report on training effectiveness.
