Job summary

Maximus is seeking experienced Trainers to support a variety of contact center environments by delivering virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams and adapting to different operational needs. The role ensures agents are prepared to handle calls with exceptional customer support.

This position provides training to audiences with varying experience and roles, including new hire training, continuing education, and return-to-work training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to adapt training to different audiences and operational needs.
• Strong facilitation and feedback skills for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback on design, development and distribution of training programs and materials.
• Conduct, plan, and coordinate training to a variety of audiences.
• Coordinate logistics for instruction events including scheduling classes and preparing workstations.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
• Deliver new hire training, continuing education, and return-to-work training across staff levels.
• Administer exams and surveys and report training data.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with goals.
