You will design content with varied modalities, tailor learner journeys by role, and lead new hire orientations. The role emphasizes improving training impact and aligning with organizational priorities, with exposure to Eloomi and healthcare workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, Education and Learning, Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or related field required, or 2 Years of experience in training & development in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders to meet business needs.
• Create and deliver training content using multiple learning modalities for internal staff and external customers.
