Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver an end-to-end operations training program. You will work with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs and drive change, delivering best-in-class solutions.

You will create content for new hires and ongoing development, manage training calendars, and evaluate program effectiveness using Eloomi and other tools. A healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Training & Development, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience designing multiple training events in corporate settings.
• Familiar with instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience using learning management software (Eloomi preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training content using various modalities.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Deliver new hire orientation and refresher training across operations.
• Track training progress and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to align training with business goals.
