Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement comprehensive operations training. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to align training with business goals and to drive measurable improvements across the organization.

You will build learner journeys, create content with varied modalities, and manage the training lifecycle from onboarding to refreshers. A strong facilitator with healthcare experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development in a healthcare-related setting.
• Experience designing training events in a corporate environment.
• Acquainted with instructional design theory and learning principles.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and implement an end-to-end operations training program.
• Coordinate and facilitate training across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve training delivery.
