Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization. You will collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of staff.

The role emphasizes coaching, curriculum development, and measurement of training impact to support strong performance within Lumicera pharmacy operations and related entities.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to partner across teams to support business and learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new and existing employees.
• Ensure resources have documentation and are used effectively (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, phone tech, etc).
• Periodically report on quality metrics and trainee progress for up to a year after training.
• Establish mentoring and peer-to-peer quality reviews.
• Deliver training using varied instructional techniques.
• Evaluate knowledge retention and update training based on feedback.
• Manage paperwork and verification of training requirements.
• Travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations as needed.
• Ensure training aligns with accreditation, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain current resources and provide updates as needed.
