Job summary

LUMICERA HEALTH SERVICES is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to lead creation and delivery of training across the organization. You will develop interactive programs, assess needs, and measure effectiveness to build strong performers within Lumicera pharmacy operations.

You will partner with operations, quality, and leadership to continuously improve the overall training program, ensuring resources stay current and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience coaching and developing employees.
• Ability to partner across teams to support business and learning objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new and existing employees.
• Ensure resources have appropriate documentation and effective utilization by employees; including RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, phone technology and others as determined.
• Periodically report quality metrics and monitor trainee progress up to one year after training.
• Assist in mentoring and conducting peer-to-peer quality reviews and audits.
• Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques.
• Evaluate retention and update training programs based on feedback.
• Manage training paperwork and verification of completion.
• Travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations as needed.
• Ensure training programs meet accreditation, policies and Federal/State regulations.
• Maintain current and clear training resources.
